I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
🌿 Refunds & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused product so long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery and have the product on its way back to me within 21 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Unless I have made an error (such as shipping the wrong product), the buyer is responsible for both for the cost of shipping the product to be returned to me, AND for the cost of shipping the replacement product to them. I will invoice the buyer for the cost of shipping the replacement product and the 20% restock fee before sending the new product out. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
